Donut Drive-Up Team Member (Brentwood Location)

We’re looking for a friendly team player who takes initiative to join the Donut Drive-Up crew! You’ll take orders, make coffee drinks and soft serve, occasionally help transport, and keep things in a very small place organized and running smoothly. No experience? No problem—just bring a willingness to learn.

Daily 7AM–1PM, and Friday-Saturday 4PM-9PM. Must be dependable, communicative, and trustworthy.

Pay starts at $12.30/hour + credit card tips (over $15/hour with tips). Apply below!

Job Summary

As a team member of our cozy drive-thru/walk-up, you’ll have your hands in everything from customer service to making coffee drinks and ice cream cones. We’ll depend on you to make people want to visit again. You might find yourself most commonly in one of the areas below, but the whole operation is a team effort and you’ll be trained on it all.

Key Responsibilities

Window/Point of Sale

• Greet customers with a smile and great attitude. Take their order, convey it to other team members, and collect payment (credit card only).
• Assist the other team members if needed to get the customer their order as efficiently as possible.
• Once delivered, thank each and every guest for coming!
• Share the love! Tips are a team effort here, split evenly amongst everyone on duty. The more you sell, the more you make.

Barista Station

• You will make everything from drip coffee to frappuccino! We offer a full coffee/espresso/latte menu. The key is consistency.

Soft Serve

• Whether it be a cone, cup, or blender, in this role you’ll be making people smile. Our soft-serve machine has two flavors, and we also have a blender to mix donuts in!

Cleanup

• Join forces to tidy up between customers as needed for a safe work environment, and more thoroughly after we close. All machines will have their own cleaning routine and schedule to follow.
• Bathroom needs a good once-over at the end of each shift.
• All surfaces, vertical and horizontal, need to be wiped and sanitized between each shift.

Qualifications/Environment/Requirements

• You’re cool with machinery, and if you’ve been a barista or worked with soft-serve before, that’s a bonus.
• No PhD required—just some general computer skills will do.
• You must be a team player with good communication skills—with guests, staff, and management.
• All team members will participate in closing duties, which include cleaning, so you must be a team player.
• You’re up for lifting, bending, climbing, squeezing. We like to keep things moving at a fast pace, and it’s tight quarters.
• Our hours right now are daily 7am-1pm, and Friday-Saturday 4pm-9pm. We can work around your availability, but require that you are dependable and communicative.
• You must be willing to follow instructions to maintain consistency.
• You must keep a positive guest experience in mind at all times.

With tips, you’ll make at least $15 per hour.
