Donut Drive-Up Team Member
Job Summary: As a team member of our cozy drive-thru/walk-up, you’ll have your hands in everything from customer service to making coffee drinks and ice cream cones. We’ll depend on you to make people want to visit again. You might find yourself most commonly in one of the areas below, but the whole operation is a team effort and you’ll be trained on it all.
Key Responsibilities:
Window/Point of Sale:
- Greet customers with a smile and great attitude. Take their order, convey it to other team members, and collect payment (credit card only).
- Assist the other team members if needed to get the customer their order as efficiently as possible.
- Once delivered, thank each and every guest for coming!
- Share the love! Tips are a team effort here, split evenly amongst everyone on duty. The more you sell, the more you make.
Barista Station:
- You will make everything from drop coffee to frappuccino! We offer a full coffee/espresso/latte menu. The key is consistency.
- Whether it be a cone, cup, or blizzard, in this role you’ll be making people smile. Our soft-serve machine has two flavors, and we also have a blender to make donut blizzards!
Cleanup:
- Join forces to tidy up between customers as needed for a safe work environment, and more thoroughly after we close. All machines will have their own cleaning routine and schedule to follow.
- Bathroom needs a good once-over at the end of each shift.
- All surfaces, vertical and horizontal, need to be wiped and sanitized between each shift.
Qualifications/Environment/
- You’re cool with machinery, and if you’ve been a barista or worked with soft-serve before, that’s a bonus.
- Team player attitude with good communication skills—with guests, staff, and management.
- All team members will participate in closing duties.
- Keep things moving at a fast pace.
- Our hours right now are 7am-2pm, Saturday-Wednesday . We can work around your availability, but require that you are dependable and communicative.
- You must be willing to follow instructions to maintain consistency.
- You must keep a positive guest experience in mind at all times.
Base pay starting at $12/hr. With tips, you’ll typically make at least $15 per hour.

Overnight Donut Packing + Delivery

We’re looking for someone who
–Can work between 11 pm and 5 am at least 3 nights a week
–Wants about 15 hours a week to start
–Doesn’t mind working alone
–Has a reliable car they can use for deliveries from S. city to W. county (gas/mileage reimbursed)
You box up our pre-orders, do some light cleaning, package donuts for delivery and then drive the delivery to their destination.
Great part-time job for a night owl that doesn’t mind being working by themselves and doing some driving.
The Pay starts at $12 an hour PLUS credit card tips (always make at least $15/hr, guaranteed)
Fryer

We’re looking for someone who likes to work with a fun, hardworking bunch of people. This job is primarily frying donuts, but may also involve finishing (ie. icing, applying sprinkles, etc.)
$12 per hour base and credit-card tips, which are significant, given our high volume. Potential for higher starting wage if experienced in frying.
Note: Must be able to work nights and weekends.
