I accidentally placed my order for a pick up at Donut Drive In, can I change it to Donut Drive Up?

Holiday Hours?

Thanksgiving: open 5am-noon (or sell-out, whichever comes first!), closed on Friday

Are your donuts made with eggs?

Yes, there is egg in our mix.

Are you a nut-free facility?

Our orders facility is now nut-free (as of August 2025)!

Can you write HAPPY BIRTHDAY on a long john?

We wish! We’re such a tiny shop and receive so many of these requests daily that the team just can’t keep up. We’re sorry!

Can I order custom sprinkle colors?

For orders of 6 dozen or more we are sometimes able to accommodate custom sprinkle colors. For smaller orders all sprinkle colors are seasonal.

Can I call and place an order?

Yes, you can prior to 2pm the day before, but we recommend ordering online or via email at [email protected]

Is there a cutoff time for placing an online order?

Yes, 2pm the day before.

How do I place an order online?

Visit www.donutdrivein.com/store and place the order any time prior to 2pm the day before.

Are your boxes recyclable?

Yes! Our boxes are recyclable. The only thing that can cause issues is leftover food residue (like oil, glaze, or icing). The boxes themselves (even with their coating) are recyclable.

How do I order online if I’m with a tax-exempt organization?

During checkout, select the “TAX-EXEMPT” order method. If this is your first order, email tax-exempt documentation to [email protected]. If we don’t have your documentation, we will cancel and refund your order.

Is there any way to avoid the line outside? I don’t have time to wait.

Yes! Pre-order and pay for your donuts here on the site! As long as your order is in by 4 pm the day before you want to pick up, we can handle your order. Then, you can just pick them up in store at the date/time you selected.

NOTE: On the weekends (Saturday and Sunday mornings), you can even pick them up in the small takeout booth behind the shop between 7-11am. If you forget to order online and just need a random-assortment dozen, we offer those on Saturdays and Sundays between 7-11am as well.

Do you do big donuts, ie. a big #8 for a birthday?

We don’t have the ability to do this type of thing at this time.

What are your hours?

Mondays: 5am-2pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5am-10pm
Friday and Saturday: 5am-midnight
Sunday: 5am-2pm (or sell-out)

Vegan?

We don’t have vegan options at this time.

Do you deliver?

We are often able to accommodate delivery requests to venues within 20ish minutes of the shop for $20. Contact [email protected] with your venue address to learn more.

Do you provide setup/donut boards at events?

Nope! Just the donuts.
